Crane Cabin Systems COMMANDER design & manufacture a full range of fully fitted crane cabin systems to suit the application specification. Designs are complete with operator seating and control consoles. If required the seating and console arrangement can be supplied with powered rotation to enable the operator ease of access, directional view of travel and the lifting operation. Air conditioning, air filtering, climatic control, double glazed and totally sealed operator environment can be incorporated within the design. Crane to ground radio communications can be included. COMMANDER design specific customised grid and ceramic spool resistance banks. Resistance's are graded to suit the application, the individual motor and are rated to suit the operating requirements for maximum efficiency. Enclosures are supplied paint finished to suit the crane or control equipment colour scheme. Inverter Drive Systems COMMANDER supply and install Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Flux Vector Drives (FVD) to provide smooth acceleration and deceleration of the crane to help eliminate load swing. In cab controls or remote control systems can command these drives by direct communication thus minimising considerably the amount of traditional motor control contactor equipment. Control Desks COMMANDER custom designs a wide range of control desk options which can include operator seating arrangements. Desks can be supplied for hard wiring connection or can be supplied for wireless control with radio or infra-red communications between the desk and control gear hardware. Integrity for remote communication is provided by COMMANDER TalkBak systems which can also provide activity information and confirmation. The power source for wireless systems is maintained on board by a long life BatBak battery back up system. PLC's COMMANDER incorporate PLC systems into control schemes for applications, which require automation features, or complex zoning inhibits. Supply incorporates programming to specific requirements.
